Mommy Makeup Tutorial: How To Wear Gold & Silver Eye Shadow

The holiday season is here and it’s the perfect time to bring some glamour and glitter to your makeup look.

Try these five easy steps using gold or silver shadows to add some twinkle and shine to your eyes!

Step 1

Apply a gold or silver shadow all over the eyelid (pat/press color onto lid with a flat eye shadow brush). Keep applying until you see the color really popping.

Step 2

Add a charcoal colored shadow along the crease of the lid on top of the silver shadow. It you opt for a gold shadow as your all-over color, add a bronze shade along the crease of the eyelid to create depth.

Step 3

For a longer-lasting eyeliner, choose a black liquid liner to stay in place through all the partying!!! Apply the liner starting at the middle of your upper lash line and extend outward, then draw from the inner corner back to the middle of the lash line.

Step 4

Add length or fullness to your brows with brow pencil. Then set brows by brushing on a clear brow gel. Tip: If the tip of the pencil is too hard to apply, soften the tip by warming it between 2 fingers for a minute or so.

Step 5

Curl lashes and apply lots and lots of mascara. Why not go for six coats?!
