These Are the 10 Fittest Cities in America

ust last week a study reported only 2.7 percent of Americans fulfilled criteria for a "healthy lifestyle" (that is, having 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week, a diet ranking in the top 40 percent of the USDA's Healthy Eating Index, no smoking, and a moderate fat percentage). While plenty of factors contribute to those 2 percenters' prime health, one might just be location. After all, what's better at holding you accountable for exercise than seeing all your neighbors on top of their workout game?
